About Chunksofmeat
Chunksofmeat
started in 2003 as a St. Louis based production affiliation by
bands. So by
accident we ran across this bar (about 300 plus capacity) that
had a nice stage. We brought in a sound system, played, brought
in tons of people and away we went with bringing more bands
weekend after weekend. We
called this Chunksofmeat Productions.
In late 2004
we were already looking at helping these St. Louis bands on
distributing cd's online and at our shows. We took off with this
as Chunksofmeat Records.com and soon we had artist and bands
form all around the nation asking to play our club and put there
cd's on Chunksofmeat Records.com. We have decided to
participate in helping other bands and at the same time keep our
original concept with the Chunksofmeat STL bands as is.
So we are
providing another place for independent artist to sell there
CD's on an international level. We take pride in what we do
because we are musicians doing the same thing as you, and this
all landed in our laps like it was supposed to happen.

We have from 4 to 8 shows a month at
Just Bills in St. Louis
where this all started. We have one of the finest
sound systems
with state of the art technology and a great atmosphere to go
along with that. We also drive out of town from time to time
just to do a Chunksofmeat show in another town or city adding
more people to our family.
As you can
see we have a passion for what we do and these are just other
ways we work together. I hope you find a great experience in
working with Chunksofmeat in selling your CD's over the coming
years.
